  13. To run Jigsaw for Windows, you need Windows 3.1 (tm), an industry-standard
  14. computer with a 80286 or higher CPU, a VGA or higher resolution display,
  15. and a mouse.

  41. RUNNING JIGSAW
  42. --------------
  43. To add the Jigsaw icon to the Program Manager, Select "New..." from the 
  44. "File" menu.  Choose "Program Item" and click OK.  Then use the browser
  45. to select file JIGSAW.EXE.
  46.  
  47. To run Jigsaw, double-click on the Jigsaw icon.
  48.  
  49. You can also run Jigsaw using the "Run..." command from the Program Manager 
  50. "File" menu.

  52. PUZZLE FILES AND DISPLAYS
  53. -------------------------
  54. The puzzle files included on this disk are designed for use with VGA or
  55. VESA-compatible Super VGA displays.  The 256 color puzzles can be used
  56. on a VGA display, however a Super VGA is required to show the proper colors.
  57.  
  58. If you have a VGA operating in 640x480 16-color mode, try the following 
  59. 16-color puzzle files:

  61.     CHEETAH.JIG, OPUS.JIG, LNDSCAPE.JIG, HUMBIRD.JIG, EIFFEL.JIG

  63. If you have a Super VGA operating in 640x480 256-color mode, try these
  64. 256-color puzzles:

  66.     BALLOONS.JIG, PIGS.JIG, MONALISA.JIG, EAGLE.JIG, CAROUSEL.JIG
  67.  
  68. If your Super VGA uses the 1024x786 256-color mode, these puzzles are
  69. recommended:
